March 16, 2020- We received notification that the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi, MS is closing for a period through April 4. Moreover, they do not have a high level of confidence that they will reopen in time for our SAMLU event. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, and in compliance with Center for Disease Control (CDC) guideline, we are cancelling the physical April SAMLU meeting. We are working through options of holding a virtual SAMLU meeting by way of a webinar/webex/telecommunication method. We will discuss this in greater detail during tomorrow’s conference call with Local Presidents.
All reservations will automatically be cancelled and receive a full refund and there will be no cancellation fees or penalties associated with cancelling the event.
