March 19, 2020 MOU Signed Establishes Temporary Extensions on Step 3 and Arbitration Appeals

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic, the parties have agreed to extend the time limits for appealing grievances to Step 3 and to arbitration for a period of 30 days effective March 19, 2020. Prior to the expiration of the 30-day period, the parties will revisit this issue to determine if an additional extension is warranted.
