Arbitrator Das has ruled against the NALC in its National Arbitration against the Postal Service over whether the NALC achieved an upgrade in the levels to which its members are designated under their 2016 National Agreement, thus impacting the positions available for cross-craft reassignments. The NPMHU intervened in the case, arguing that the NALC's position should be rejected, and that the Postal Service's position should be upheld.
