As a matter of general interest, required system maintenance of the Human Capital Enterprise System (HCES) is scheduled to begin Friday, April 15th at 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. This maintenance is scheduled to conclude by Monday, April 18 at 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
During this time period, the following applications will be impacted:
- eCareer – both internal and external applicants
- Job Bidding – both web-based and telephonic
- Employee Self-Service/Manager’ Portal (e.g., name and address changes)
- Kiosk services (e.g., bidding, address changes)
- Employee Health and Safety (EHS)
