December 12, 2019 - On behalf of Postal Service business and labor stakeholders – who collectively generate $1.5 trillion in sales, and support more than 7 million private-sector jobs, and more than 600,000 Postal Service employees – we respectfully request language to repeal the mandate that the U.S. Postal Service prefund future retiree health benefits in any final fiscal year 2020 appropriations package.
