Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This year, we achieved remarkable victories that showcased the power of unity and hard work. From constructing iconic landmarks across the U.S. and Canada to welcoming new members through Laborers Rising, we strengthened the foundation of our union. We secured transformative infrastructure and energy projects, creating opportunities for tens of thousands of members, and achieved historic milestones like implementing the most expansive maternity leave policy in unionized construction. Together, we’re building more than structures—we’re building a stronger, brighter future.  None of it would be possible without your dedication and solidarity.

But this is just the beginning. The new year brings even bigger goals, and together, we’re marching to one million strong. With justice, honor, and strength guiding us, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
